Job Description

  • Business Development:
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
    • Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure strategic business partnerships.
    • Explore and penetrate new markets and distribution channels.
    • Conduct detailed market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Sales:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Provide in-depth product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and resolve issues with professionalism.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate sales records, ensuring timely reporting.

Marketing:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage the company’s digital presence, including social media platforms and website content.
  • Design and create impactful marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and product presentations.
  • Analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements.
  • Support brand-building efforts and contribute to the positioning of Svarn Herbal as an industry leader.
