Department: Sales-Automotive
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
o Develop and execute strategies to increase sales of automotive cables to OEMs, Tier 1, and Tier 2 suppliers.
o Identify and target new business opportunities, while nurturing existing client relationships.
o Conduct regular visits to OEMs and suppliers to maintain and grow key accounts.
o Act as the primary point of contact for all sales-related activities for assigned accounts.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at OEMs and suppliers.
o Understand the customer's business needs and provide tailored solutions based on product offerings.
o Address any concerns or issues raised by clients and work towards resolution. 3. Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
o Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates on account progress. o Track and report on sales performance against targets and KPIs.
o Prepare detailed reports on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape.
4. Collaboration & Coordination:
o Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, logistics) to ensure customer requirements are met.
o Collaborate with internal teams to manage product development, pricing strategies, and delivery schedules.
5. Market Intelligence:
o Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
o Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings to strengthen the brand presence.
6. Negotiation & Contract Management:
o Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients.
o Ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining profitability.
